Kaleidoscope Education Series (KES) Programs

SC Johnson's Kaleidoscope Education Series (KES) Programs are offered to schools at no cost - programs are available in person or through a broadcast.

Programs are listed by suggested grade. Click on links to make a reservation.

  • Submit your reservation by the due date - you'll receive a confirmation email immediately and a reminder email sent approximately 1 week prior to the program. 
  • Plan to arrive or log in approximately 15 minutes before program start time.

KES: Pro-Kids Science Magic - In Person

For 4th-5th grade students - this reservation is for an in-person program. 

Students will be engaged and entertained during this stimulating presentation filled with science, math, music and magic! This unique, hands-on program covers grades 4-5 core science standards and reinforces important character traits like respect, honesty and responsibility. STEM concepts are incorporated into interactive demonstrations while stressing the importance of scientific reasoning and the design process. This is one program you won’t want your class to miss! (Presented by Tim Hannig)

This program is currently offered in person at the following Central times:
• Tuesday, Sep. 30: 9:30-10:30 a.m.; 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 1: 9:30-10:30 a.m.; 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 2: 9:30-10:30 a.m.; 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m.

KES: Spinosaurus Mystery: Fossil Adventures in the Sahara - In Person

For 6th, 7th and 8th grade students - this reservation is for an in-person program. 

Your class will be fascinated to hear from paleontologist, professor and National Geographic Explorer, Paul Sereno about his recent dinosaur discovery. Sereno will captivate the audience with his stories, videos, fossils and more about his boldest dinosaur hunt yet, to central Niger. Sereno joins us for his first public presentation on the 'dinosaur expedition of the century,' highlighting the Sahara adventure and new discoveries. There will be time for audience questions. (Presented by Paul Sereno)

• Monday, Oct. 20: 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Oct. 21: 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

KES: Frank Lloyd Wright/Jr. Architect Experience

This 75-90-minute program consists of a tour, a short film (on Frank Lloyd Wright's career and/or the film To Be Alive!), plus plenty of time for questions. 

The tour experience includes an in-depth look at two historic buildings (and a walk through a third building) at SC Johnson's worldwide headquarters in Racine, Wisconsin. Whether you're looking for a program to supplement an architecture unit in school, Scouts or similar, or a way to share concepts with curious minds, this experience will captivate the attention of kids and adults while you discover the wonders of design!

May 5-19, 2026 program times are available and will be scheduled based on class availability. If you have questions or are ready to schedule your date, email grted@scj.com or call 262-260-3091 to discuss.

Each adult will need to show their ID before the group will be allowed on campus for the tour.
