Wingspread

During your visit to Wingspread, visitors should know:

  • They must adhere to designated tour areas
  • The Wingspread campus is a private campus, the Wingspread home is the only building open for tours
  • Pictures of the building are allowed

Tours are available by reservation only:
  • Walk-in tours cannot be accommodated
  • Tours are limited to 20 persons
  • The Wingspread home is an integral part of the mission of The Johnson Foundation. As such:
    • Tour reservations open one month prior to scheduled tour dates
    • Tours are not offered when conferences are in session
    • Tours may be cancelled or altered due to business demands

Wingspread Tour

Up to 1 hour
Wingspread, the iconic, Prairie-style home that Frank Lloyd Wright designed for SC Johnson’s third-generation leader is available for public tours. The free Wingspread tour highlights remarkable features such as the home’s disappearing dining table, its teepee-inspired clerestory ceiling in the great room and the cantilevered “Romeo and Juliet” balcony bedroom.

 If you also want to visit SC Johnson's corporate headquarters, you must make a separate reservation for one of the SC Johnson tours.
